We have been exceptionally impressed with Ric throughout the purchase of our new home. We gave Ric very clear criteria regarding the area, floorplan requirements and price range and Ric found us an off-market opportunity (the property had been through a failed auction campaign with another agent). I have been burned by estate agents in the past so always engage hesitantly.
