I bought a property in Bondi through Hannan 9 years ago. Since then I started to notice Hannan’s name appears the most on the sold billboard in the local area. I am currently living overseas so when I had a property wanted to sell, I contacted Hannan. My property is managed by another agency for the last ten years, they are also very well connected in the area and offer me a better service price to sell. I chose Hannan in the end , both were my friends but I felt more confidence with hannan. Hannan did play a magic in selling the property! He called me each time after the open inspection and briefed me his strategies. The property was sold before auction with a great price that I wasn’t sure if auction would achieve it! I had seen "sold by Hannan Bouskila" on many advertising boards outside homes for sale in the eastern suburbs and particularly Bellevue Hill. He sold my best mates place in Bondi and had built up a relationship over several years without the usual pressure you can get from some real estate agents. Always friendly and happy to give advise and keeping us up to date on current market trends. So when it was time to sell our investment property in Bellevue Hill there was really only ever one agent we were going to go with. From start to finish the process was seamless. He dealt with our tenant for opens and organised everything that needed to be done with little input from my wife and me. The rate was very reasonable with no negotiation needed. Hannan kept us up-to-date with all potential buyers and basically kept us in the loop at every stage. Our unit was sold with little fuss and we were extremely happy with the result. The sale was for an undisclosed price, but I think I can safely say we did okay in the end in a difficult market and circumstances, which Richard navigated well.
