I contacted several real estate agents via their website inquiry pages and Christophe was the first to respond to my inquiries. With his professional demeanor and extensive knowledge of properties in the eastern suburbs he very quickly gained my confidence. The property had been in my family for over 60 years and that was reflected in the condition it was left in. My intention was to sell the property as quickly as I could however Christmas was only a few weeks away. I met Christophe at the property to discuss what the best course of action would be and within 30 minutes he arranged all the clean-up and painting quotes to be provided on the spot at very reasonable rates, to which I immediately agreed. As I don't live in Sydney I relied on Christophe's assistance and he always kept me up to date with photos and schedules and he also arranged access for the various trades people. After a short whirlwind of activity the property was in excellent condition and ready for inspections to commence. The property was listed with an auction date set early in the new year and the result exceeded all my expectations with a fantastic result. On the basis of my dealings with Christophe and the staff at Raine and Horne I recommend Christophe and his team without hesitation.

Hannan demonstrated expert knowledge of the market conditions and of its particular connection with my property, which no doubt is the result of decades-long experience. Hannan was ultimately able to negotiate a very acceptable sale prior to auction, capping off a very satisfying sales process from start to finish.
