Ben and Paul made what can be a pretty stressful process actually feel manageable. They sorted a private viewing no worries, answered every question we threw at them, and never once made us feel pressured. When we asked about the strata and pricing, they were just straight with us. No sugarcoating, no dodging. That honestly meant a lot. You don't always get that. The signing process was smooth too, they kept us across every step so we always knew where we were at. You could just tell they actually cared about how it all worked out for us, not just getting the deal over the line. Really positive experience overall, wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I was selling my property in North Bondi and engaged another agent. Over a period of 8 months (to be fair 3 of those months there was an uncooperative tenants) there was nothing but low ball offers. I bit the bullet, which I should have done earlier, and sought a fresh perspective engage Richard and Nick from Raine and Horne Double Bay. Richard clearly know the market in teh area and presented the relevant statistics for the area and outcomes he had achieved. On the first inspection of the property, Richard was quick to identify areas of uplift to sell the property such as new styling and significant garden work to elevate the property. You cant make money with out spending money. There was consistent communication and weekly debriefing about the property, who attended and views on weekly market dynamics. After 8 days on the market (from initial advertising), a buyer was found which I was satisfied with price being offered rather than uncertainty of an auction given market conditions. From 8 months and nothing with the previous agent to 8 days and sale! Richard provided his views about the offers coming in and unlike the previous agent, I did not feel pressured to accept a price I was not comfortable with. Overall a very positive experience with Richard and Nick.

I bought the property from Chris, and sold it via Chris. I regard him highly as the go-to real estate agent in Bondi Commissions and costs are very competitive. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about properties in Bondi. He gave me realistic quotes from the beginning. Actual sales price hit the quote. He has strong work ethic, very proactive, always giving it 120%. Very frequent and clear communication. I’m overseas with 3 hour time difference, but had no problems. Managed expectations and communicated process very well, so there were no surprises. Very happy buyer and seller.
