This apartment in Double Bay was part of our longterm wealth generation plan, and it's return over the 22 years we have owned it lets us get on with helping our two grown up kids (now in 40s and 50s with their own families) get into their own properties in Byron Bay. I've had the pleasure of selling my property through Hannan, and to say that selling my apartment was a pleasure with Hannan as the agent is the reality of how the sale left us feeling - VERY HAPPY! Our expectations for price were on the high side relative to the market and he met them.
