Paul Langsam recently sold our family home in Bondi and the family is outstandingly pleased with his professionalism in his handling of the matter and the result that he achieved for us. (And the buyer is equally as happy with the transaction as Paul managed to achieve a good match of buyer and seller which produced an excellent result for both parties – they are thrilled with the house that they purchased thru’ Paul). Paul has an excellent knowledge of our market niche in Bondi and is well regarded by some local home owners. Paul’s communications were outstanding – he kept us informed at every milestone. He let us know well in advance what was needed to prepare the property. He had all the pictures and marketing fliers in hand (and even produced extras, at our request, for us to deliver across Bondi), billboard up and internet marketing all on schedule without a hiccup. It all went smoothly from beginning to end. The auction was also excellently managed by Raine & Horne’s auctioneer and he also succeeded in finessing the buyers.
