Hannan did everything he said he would, he took control of the whole process and you could tell by his work ethic he got the BEST PRICE POSSIBLE for my wife and I. Hannan achieved a record price and made the process painless. Hannan is professional, his knowledge of real estate and the eastern suburbs is exactly what you need when selling. More importantly, he's just a nice guy with a positive attitude. We would pick him again in a heart beat and refer him to any of our family or friends.

Hannan has sold two of our properties, we would never use another agent! His local knowledge is second to none and there isn't a sale that happens in the area that he doesn't know about. He got us great prices on both our sales and kept in constant contact with us throughout each so we didn't miss a step of the process. He genuinely loves his job and this shines through with every property he markets. On top of this, he ensures he makes a connection with both vendor and purchaser so both parties are happy with the result. He's an agent for life!
