Recently, my wife and I bought a Bellevue Hill townhouse that was marketed by Raine & Horne Double Bay's Christophe Serrao and Patrick Cosgrove. From the moment we arrive at the property inspection to the doing-of-the-deal, Christophe and Patrick showed they were real estate professionals. For example, Christophe took time during a busy inspection period to carefully answer our questions and to take us on a tour of the property. Later, when it to discussing the delicate matter of negotiating the sale price, both Patrick and Christophe showed they were true to their word: i.e., no overt "game playing". After the exchange of contracts, Christophe was assiduous in following up to ensure that everything was moving smoothly ahead.
