This apartment in Double Bay was part of our longterm wealth generation plan, and it's return over the 22 years we have owned it lets us get on with helping our two grown up kids (now in 40s and 50s with their own families) get into their own properties in Byron Bay. Selling is always going to be harder than buying, but Hannan and his team moved swiftly, got it to market, advised and helped us achieve a price more than we expected, and of course less than hoped for... that's the market, but a very professional result via the team at R&H Double Bay.

Hannan definitely went above and beyond his job to get our studio sold, and we are very happy with the result. His expertise and timely response makes him really reliable. I've had the pleasure of selling my property through Hannan, and to say that selling my apartment was a pleasure with Hannan as the agent is the reality of how the sale left us feeling - VERY HAPPY! Our expectations for price were on the high side relative to the market and he met them. He is incredibly conscientious, trustworthy, available and knowledge on how to prepare, what to expect and guiding/feeding-back throughout out the process. For anyone looking to sell - take what you think/stereotype or typecast in real estate agents and think again, personable and human with an innate ability to maximise value for both seller and buyer so that everyone comes away satisfied (event those unsuccessful in their purchase attempt - and I was also one of those when trying to buy off Hannan before we ended up choosing to sell through him) and that is what I think you will find in him.
