Hannan was great to deal with from the start to the end. We remember him when we were looking to buy a unit and just how helpful he was with info on the market and the crazy high prices he was getting for units & houses in Bondi. So we thought when we sell, we will use Hannan. He gave us a number of what he thought we could get for our unit, and we thought it was high but in the end he ended up getting us more then we expected! I found that Hannan is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in regards to the Selling of my mothers unit. What we appreciated most about Hannan was his willingness to turn up immediately at our property to discuss the idea of a quick prechristmas sale of our property for a range of reasons. he not only thought it possible but had all systems in place in two days and one the market in tree days. Due to his obvious knowledge of the market and his sales skills the property was sold in one week at top price for the market and building.
