What we appreciated most about Hannan was his willingness to turn up immediately at our property to discuss the idea of a quick prechristmas sale of our property for a range of reasons. he not only thought it possible but had all systems in place in two days and one the market in tree days. Due to his obvious knowledge of the market and his sales skills the property was sold in one week at top price for the market and building.
