I bought a $11.3 million apartment down the road after he told me another apartment I owned close by was worth at least 5 1/2 to 6m. I put that on the market and I didn’t get any bids near it. Whenever I tried to call him when I was buying the $11.3 million apartment he always took my calls. However, when I rang him to find out what was going on with my apartment that he was supposed to be selling for 5 1/2 to $6 million he would very seldom answer. It was extremely frustrating and I believe very unprofessional. After talking with a number of other people in the eastern suburbs they have had similar experiences. I believe this is a very short term approach to selling. I am sorry Ric but I can’t say I would recommend you to anybody. I ended up selling my apartment for $3.75m compared to the 5.5m-6m expectation relayed to me by Ric.

He rattled off the names of half the people in Bondi that he’d sold too (I have an interest in property so was asking about specific sales I was curious about over the years - indicative of the relationships he had obviously built with the vendors he’d sold for). He was very knowledgable about the local market and very happy to offer advice/answer my bazillion questions. I was on the buying side and Christophe ensured a seamless process that worked in favour of the vendors needs too. He was Understanding of my circumstances and always arranged additional inspections to fit in with my schedule if needed. Never pushy, he kept completely comfortable and locked in in the buying process. Lovely bloke, and very happy to have bought from him.
