Overall our advertising and selling process lasted a little more than 8 days. This can be credited to Matt's approach to our property and the advice provided. Matt had an understanding and personal knowledge of our property and the location through his own personal connections to the area. We selected Matt following three agent reviews of our property, although Matt was not the best on price he was able to offer firm and informed advice. He understood our approach to selling the property and where we wished to be positioned with regard to price. Of the three agents interviewed he was the only one that was prepared to commit to attaining the asking price.
