Matt's a nice guy. Matt was obliging about providing me access to the property so that I could get a builder's quote and see the place again. Matt was working for the sellers but I felt like he coached me along when I didn't know what to say to the builders or what to do next in the process. Overall, Matt made me feel taken care of. I don't have any regrets about purchasing the property.

My husband and I have been looking at houses and dealing with real estate agents for a number of years now and have found that many real estate agents simply do not CARE. Tanya was the most personable real estate agent we came across, who made everything from organising inspections, signing the contract, through to settlement easy, and almost enjoyable. She has been the only real estate agent that I have believed when she has demonstrated empathy and excitement for us, we really felt she was going through all the ups and downs WITH us. I found Tanya not only professional and friendly yet very trustworthy. I would only ever use someone I trusted to sell my house, and Tanya was perfect! We trusted and valued her opinion and she worked extremely hard to get us our dream price, sometimes that is not possible, therefore having a n agent who is upfront and honest is defiantly what we all need. Matt made the purchase of my house easy. He was always contactable to answer and questions and concerns I had, i was interstate when purchasing my property his local knowledge was extremely helpful and he helped me organise some tradies to fix some things on purchase. I highly recommend Matt.
