From day 1, we found him extremely professional, knew his business very well and answered our questions clearly. We appreciated his recommedations to improve our sale prospects, which as it turned out, proved to be correct. His recommeded price range was accurate and we achieved a sale price that we were very happy with. His negioation skills behind the scenes, improved our sale price. His support staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The deal that he gave to us to advertise and support our sale, was excellent and the paperwork to support his costs of sale, was clear and his commission was extremely reasonable. Over the period of the sale, from the start to closing of the sale, he met every target......what he said he would do, he did and on time. We were overseas for a time during the process of sale, and he provided us with oversight and maintaining the gardens as a part of his service. This was much appreciated.
