Very helpful
Have been very fortunate to deal with Tom for a number of years for both purchasing and selling. Tom has always been straight and honest with our dealings and not just told me what I necessarily wanted to hear. When it comes to my property dealing Tom has been and will continue to be 1st port of call.

Great Service
David's PA actually negotiated the sale on the morning of the inspection. I made an offer and she negotiated with the vendor and the offer was accepted. The office staff were really accommodating when it came to paying the initial deposit and then the full deposit, again negotiating me some leeway with the vendor due to a matrimonial settlement I was waiting for. At the pre-inspection on the morning of settlement, David's PA was supposed to meet me and couldn't for personal reasons. I called the office and David, who was hobbling because he had fallen off a ladder on the weekend (!!) was there in 10 minutes with the keys, extremely apologetic but still able to take me through the property. The settlement all proceeded and I am happily in my new home. Throughout the process, David's PA was really attentive, following up weekly with how things were progressing, and so helpful in responding to my queries and any negotiations with the vendor pre-settlement that were required. David also gave me names of contacts for tradesmen which has been extremely helpful given I am new on the coast. I cannot fault David and his PA on their professional, friendly and courteous manner; prompt and thorough. A great service.

Great Advice and Help
Dave was great with communication from the first instance we called him in to sell our property. He explained processes and made sure we understood every step. He assisted with small enquiries with professionalism and we were most happy with the service he provided. He has also assisted us in the purchase of a new house in the district

David has been fantastic to work with and very helpful in assisting me get trades in to do repairs to the property especially as I do not live on the Central Coast. Second time round just as good as the first!
We had used David Keenan to sell another property 8 years ago so when it fell to us to sell our parents in law's property, we of course thought of David again. Other family members involved in this second sale were impressed with David when we recommended using him. Local knowledge and negotiation skills were important to us and David's knowledge of the local market meant we were able to get top dollar in the shortest possible time and move on. Would we call on David again - you bet!
