I found Dave to be 100% professional, a can do salesman who provided me with assistance with surprising efficiency. He supplied me with gardeners, cleaners tradesmen and the like at reasonable cost. His commission was very reasonable. I had one purchaser pull out and within two days I had a second buyer who followed through to settlement. Negotiation skills obviously of a high order. Very pleased with David Keenan and highly recommend him.
