Ken has just sold our property for us in South Gisborne. He is a straight up, honest guy who is professional, attentive, gracious and a delight to deal with. He understood our property completely and was always positive. He has lived in the area for decades. We sought to make an offer to Ken on a property in the midst of a Covid lockdown. We weren't able to view the property in person but were prepared to go by what we saw of the property on the website. Before making our offer Ken insisted that he walk us around the property whilst live on Facetime to show more of the property and answer questions. He was at the property in about 10 minutes after we spoke on the phone. He even introduced us to the vendors. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Ken. One of the best real-estate experiences we've had especially in such a difficult environment. Fair, Honest and Extremely Committed; very friendly personality and didn't pressure.
