Amanda knowledge with real estate around Macedon ranges area is second to none . She is very informative and is always answers requests and follow ups. Selling your home is always stressful but dealing with Ken made our experience almost stress free. We'd heard much about Ken and Raine and Horne and knew he was the right fit for us as soon as he came and provided his assessment of our house. His opinion was bang on what we thought and then he delivered a sale at the upper end of our expectations 8 days after going on the market! Amazing. Ken’s assistance, knowledge and communication has been fantastic throughout the whole purchase process, especially during the COVID-19 lockdown period and our inability to visit regional Victoria to inspect the property. Great price
Ken is the best auctioneer in the area — an important consideration for us given we were selling in a hot market. Our expectations were high but the price he achieved well and truly exceeded them. Lockdowns and a number of other issues made our campaign a challenge but Ken managed everything by staying calm, keeping us informed and providing clear and practical advice.
