Ken, was professional and organised from the outset and we knew we were in good hands. The marketing was done extremely well and with ease. We had done our research and had seen that Ken and his team had been selling a lot of properties in the area. Ken exceeded our expectations, he has a great work ethic and knowledge of the area and that is why he has been so successful in his career. Look no further, you will not be disappointed. Ken was recommended to us and he exceeded our expectations. He listened carefully to our needs and gave valuable assistance with our sale. Great knowledge of the local market and his years of experience meant our home was sold within a week at top price. He communicated regularly with us and all paperwork and financial details were clearly explained. Ken has a friendly personality making him appealing to both sellers and buyers. We are so glad we followed our friends advice and chose Ken as our agent.
