I was never made to feel that my questions were silly or unreasonable, and I was grateful for Amanda's calm and measured approach, which had just the right touch of warmth and humour when needed! Getting the property ready for sale was much easier than I expected, thanks to Amanda's great eye for interiors and styling. All of her colleagues and other team members (copywriter, photographer, fellow agents) were equally friendly, polite, responsive and professional.

Ken was amazing. He managed a quick sale and kept us informed every step of the way. He also spoke daily to the real estate agent we have bought another house from, keeping them up to speed with progress on the sale of our house. Even that real estate agent kept saying we had an excellent agent in Ken. He couldn't get over the fact he didn't have to chase him for anything. Ken is a nice bloke with a good sense of humour. You could almost say the process was fun.
