Exceptional Support for First Time Renters

Due to our transition to living in Australia, we had a few questions as we did not yet have a local rental history. Exceptional Service

Property Management - Transition between tenants

Michelle Hales was very helpful during the transition period between tenants. They managed the outgoing tenant’s vacation period smoothly and coordinated the entry of a new tenant without issues. All required maintenance and fix-ups were identified and handled in a timely and practical manner, with clear communication throughout the process. Overall, the handover was well managed and reduced the stress usually associated with tenant changes.
