Over the years, their service has been consistently excellent. They have been incredibly proactive with managing compliance requirements and have always excelled at finding high-quality tenants whenever a lease came to an end. The only reason I am leaving the agency is because I have sold the property. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house.
