Hi Sean, Thought I would drop you a line as I don't know whether I really had a chance to thankyou properly amidst the mahem that is selling and moving. I do know though, that we wouldn't have been able to fulfill our (my) dream of moving to the beach if you had'nt have handled the sale of Fountains Rd the way you did. It became apparent to me that the price we needed and asked you to achieve was perhaps a little optimistic, but the advice you gave of having our contract ready to go on the market after Christmas worked brilliantly and we did achieve the price we needed. The Gods also smiled upon us when we found Havenview, that to our advantage wasn't on the market. Heaven forbid we would have to join the masses on Open Days! Sean was recommended to me by a friend. I was not disappointed. At first sight you could be forgiven for thinking that Blake may be a little young and inexperienced, but this is certainly not the case.
