Poor Communication, lack of responsibility, lack of follow up, poor negeotiation skills, blatent misinformation, allowing access to the property without permission. Initial proposal was great, but the expereince we were promised was far from the proposal and as a result was left with a very dissapointing sales process with the agent being M.I.A for the most part.
