I contacted a couple of agents that appraised the property pretty bad and required me to made a lot of extra changes on it. Nicholas knew who was buying in the area and was straight to the point about when and how to sell, and also he made quick updates on the property ad and promotion to keep the prospect buyers engaged. He also achieved a great result in terms of sale return. He was also really helpful trough the contract negotiation process. Thanks Nic. One recommendation for the agency processes is that you need to automate reports. The reason is that I felt a bit blind across the sale and was a bit hard to keep in touch, of course!.. because the agent might be in a remote area most of the time when I call. Maybe you need to automate the reporting for the vendors in that way we don't need to chase up the agent for updates every week, and avoid that frustration feeling we could have of not having any update.
