Steve and Jenny managed to find a buyer for our Kiama apartment within a few weeks, and with the minimum of disruption to us. Had we been unable to sell, we were prepared to lease the apartment again through Raine & Horne, as they had previously done so and ensured the property was maintained well by our tenants. We however achieved a sales price that exceeded our initial expectations, which means less of an outlay for our new property.
