Highly recommended
Robert has done a wonderful job of selling my home. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the local market and is an excellent communicator, always ready to advise when needed at any time. He has an ethical and fair approach which I have not encountered in other agents. Robert works extremely hard for his clients – so much so that I wonder how he finds time to sleep! Robert has been a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We dealt with Robert Perea, initially as vendors and then as prospective buyers. As vendors we found Robert knowledgeable, flexible, realistic, courteous, dedicated and extremely hard working. He respected our wishes and decisions and allowed us complete ownership of the selling process without pressure. Similarly, as prospective buyers we again found that Robert respected our opinions and accepted our appraisal of any properties we viewed. He never tried to influence our opinions. We would certainly use Robert again and we highly recommend him to any prospective vendors or buyers.

Robert was able to patiently find the right buyer for my house despite unusual circumstances. He went above and beyond a normal agents duties to complete the sale of a house that had attached a unique set of challenges .He had to rely on his contacts and his ability to match the right buyer to the right house as he was not able to advertise the property on the internet or put a for sale sign out the front of the house .
