He went above and beyond a normal agents duties to complete the sale of a house that had attached a unique set of challenges .He had to rely on his contacts and his ability to match the right buyer to the right house as he was not able to advertise the property on the internet or put a for sale sign out the front of the house . From the minute we expressed interest in the property, Robert could not have been more supportive in guiding us through the purchase. He is super knowledgeable about Kiama and as new residents got some great insights on character and culture, as well as good information on the property market. Robert was professional in his approach and maintained a good level of communication throughout the house sale process. Robert is goal focused (Sell the House) which while good and expected, did at times make the process feel a little pressured to accept offers. In hindsight we put the house on the market at the wrong time of year (4 weeks before Xmas) which meant we had little interest for the 4 to 5 weeks over Xmas/New Year/early January. To Roberts credit he remained positive and motivated during this time, which helped keep everything on track toward the sale. We would not hesitate in recommending Robert to anyone wishing to sell their home in the Kiama area.
