Sale of my Dad's Unit
I found Jennifer to open and honest throughout the whole sales process. She followed up on everything and her communication was excellent. I really felt she was working with us to get the best result for my Dad. The unit sold within 2 weeks for a solid price. I would be surprised if any agent could have done better.

Selling experience with Jennifer Pearce
We met Jennifer Pearce a while ago at an Open Inspection and I made a mental note that if we ever sold she would be the one I would call. After holidaying in Queensland earlier this year and having such a great time we decided that we would move there and be warmer all year round. On our return to Malmsbury I found a brochure of hers in letterbox and thought this is too good. I rang her and asked her to visit and give us an appraisal. This she did and we were very happy with the realistic price she set. We set about getting house ready and all the advertising was set up. We were explained all the costs involved and it all sounded good. We were lucky in that first people to look wanted to buy our home. Jennifer is very professional in her approach to all aspects of sale and was always available to contact. Her staff are impeccable and you can see that comes from Jennifer. We would recommend Jennifer in a heart beat as her knowledge is at at a very top level especially in the Macedon Ranges area.

Like a trusted family member
Jennifer was recommended to me by a Yarraville agent in Melbourne. It was especially important to me that my Kyneton house be sold by someone I could trust like family since I was living overseas at the time. To make big decisions across great physical distance and several time zones requires, apart from trust, flexibility, kindness, impeccable service and meticulous care. Jennifer offered this in spades! She did everything from emptying our letterbox to creating atmospheric viewings. She was also willing to communicate at all times of the day through WhatsApp or Skype. While we were a little surprised that the market had suffered during our absence, we heard subsequently from colleagues and friends in Castlemaine that the price we finally achieved was a very satisfying one.
