Simone was the best decision we made!
Having Simone as our agent was the best decision my husband and I made within the selling process. It was our first time selling a property and she made the entire process an easy and enjoyable one. Simone’s communication skills are second to none. She made us feel so comfortable and confident in any decisions we needed to make. Simone knew that for us it was an emotional sale and really held our hand throughout and for that, we will be forever grateful. She went above and beyond in her approach to getting us exactly what we wanted. We would use Simone’s services for any future real-estate prospects and are eternally grateful for everything she did for us.

Outstanding agent - end to end experience

Makes the complex simple

Great Experience. Professional and down to earth!
After interviewing four local agents we decided upon Mary-Anne. And we certainly made the right decision. Listing our property in not ideal times, just after the Delta lockdown, Mary-Anne had to work twice as hard to get us sold. She delivered a great result at a price above what other agents had indicated and within a limited timeframe - we'd already bought and were running out of time. Mary-Anne worked tirelessly to get us sold, showing our house after hours and on Sundays. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a great experience and we cannot recommend Mary-Anne highly enough.

Summary of experience with Mary Anne
I cannot speak highly enough about Mary Anne. First she was able to guide me in relation the best time to list my property. From day one she was so professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She always communicated regularly and clearly and was able to guide me towards an outstanding result with my property. My experience with Mary Anne was way beyond my expectations and I am certainly a very happy vendor. I would recommend Mary Anne for any vendor in the area. Mary Anne gave it 110%. I have sold many properties but never have I felt that a salesperson was so much on my side whilst being able to keep purchasers in her grip.

Rebecca is amazing! She was the agent for the properties we bought and sold. Rebecca has phenomenal local knowledge. Even better, she gets every cent out of buyers but in a very respectful way. Rebecca is a very ethical agent - realistic about price guides and will never encourage you to spend above limit to secure a salez

Best agent ever in lower north shore especially Lane Cove. Alex is experienced and understanding, he has done a fantastic job for arranging the first open home with very short notice and taking care of the entire selling process professionally.
