Mary-Anne helped make the overall process of purchasing my first property an absolute pleasure and success. Her professionalism, communication and approach was second to none, keeping me informed every step of the way. A fantastic experience overall, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mary-Anne for anyone seeking a reliable and experienced agent.

Mary-Anne was very professional and handled the sales process in a thoughtful and honest manner without being "pushy". She provided helpful information, including in relation to comparable sales and ensured that we had enough time to inspect the property properly (not just a 15 minute rush job).

Alex is professional, friendly and completely dedicated to obtaining the best possible result for his clients. He has deep knowledge of the Lane Cove market, kept me regularly updated through the sale process and completely owned any issues that came up. He made it a completely stress-free and seamless process and delivered an outstanding and above-market result. Alex was the only agent I trusted to sell my property - his follow up is second to none, having stayed in contact with me for the past 2-3 years. A testament to his tenacity and total commitment to achieving excellent results. Couldn't recommend him more.

Alex is very professional and passionate. He achieved really good result for us. He did amazing jobs. It is much quicker and better than what we thought. He sold my property just within two weeks after the first inspection. And he achieved the price much better than what we thought. He can manage the good relationships to the tenant who lives in my property. Also thanks Alex’s marketing team who made the great photos. The photos are so great that we even don’t want to sell it after we review the photos in the beginning. Thanks Alex.

Rebecca and the team did an exceptional job in selling our family home of 26 years. From the initial interview we found Rebecca's knowledge of the market, her attitude, honesty and professionalism were the right traits we wanted in the person selling our home. Rebecca and Simone kept us informed of progress with regular updates and also managed our expectations. Their dedication and ability to work with prospective purchasers resulted in a great sales result and we would have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca and the team to any potential vendor.

We first met Mary-Anne Fitzgerald 23 years ago when we bought our home. We thought of her to sell this time but first enquired people known to us who had sold recently with her, all very positive comments. She visited us, indicated a price range (which was achieved) and guided us to market the property to show its individual character. She was responsive to our questions and requests. Every person who inspected our home was assessed as a potential buyer and she was in regular contact with them and phoned us each time so we knew what was happening. The final morning she phoned to say there had been a negotiated offer, which we agreed we were happy to accept, and contract exchanges were put in place for later in the day. Buying or selling is stressful because we don't do it often. Mary- Anne was very efficient, reassured us throughout the process, we couldn't have desired a better agent for selling our home after 20 days on the market.

Rebecca and her team were nothin but professional, courteous and respectful of our property and our wishes at all times. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all of our queries and requests throughout the programme. We were consulted on the marketing and promotion of our property allowing us to remain engaged with the process end to end. A terrific working relationship.

I recently purchased a property through Alex. Alex comes across as an agent with deep knowledge of the Lane Cove property market, yet he is humble, approachable and responsive. The purchase process was made a whole lot easier with the exemplary professionalism exhibited by Alex, as well as his colleagues at Raine and Horne. Highly recommended.

I have had such a wonderful experience with a Rebecca for the sale of my property. Considering I live overseas, I felt completely confident putting all my trust into Rebecca. She displayed a high level of professionalism throughout, not to mention her years of experience was obvious! Especially during these unprecedented times with the lockdown situation, Rebecca ensured that I felt she was working in my best interest and was able to deliver successfully. I would highly recommend Rebecca to all my family and friends, and would definitely engage with her again in the future.
