Buying a property in Sydney is not easy as everyone knows. Looking for something specific is even harder. Being older I was looking for something with a lift and a good sized outside area. When this apartment came up I thought it would be too expensive, however I made an offer and was pleasantly surprised. During the whole process Michael was great. Sending info. regarding the building and arranging contract exchange etc. He was always willing to answer all my questions in a professional manner.
