It was an emotional decision to sell as the property had been in our family for over 80 years and we were very grateful for the support of Yvonne, Michael and their dedicated team. We received up to date information on recent sales which helped us decide to sell our home by auction. Filippo and his staff took the time to get to know us, and went out of their way both to help us sell our apartment, and to find a new home. Filippo and Katherine worked with us for the entire process and we ended up selling for a result we were happy with.
