As a buyers agent, I transact on a number of properties with Fil each year. He is proof that you can always represent your client (in this case, the owner) strongly and fairly, whilst not burning a bridge with the buyer and their representative (me) and knowing just how far to push things. Fil is not the cookie cutter real estate agent you almost always run into; he operates (what I call) the 'old school' honourable way of doing things where you respect both the seller and the buyer. He is easily one of the most affable and genuine people I have met and love doing business with him.

Filippo really is in a league of his own. As a buyers agent, I see the best and worst in sales agents and find Filippo to be faultless. Behind the scenes of any transaction, there are always niggly things to sort out - contract changes, or in this properties case, lots of complex questions around sewer diagrams, and water assets. Fil worked tirelessly with me to ensure as many of my questions were answered, and had first hand knowledge having sold so many neighbouring homes. His clients (unlikely) know the lengths he goes to ensure a smooth transaction, so that they only need focus on the end result. He always acts with integrity and I respect him enormously.
