I have known Xavier for several years, sharing many friendly, informative telephone conversations about the property market, and the economy in general, over that period. Recently, the opportunity to sell the family home arose, and I could think of no better person than Xavier to oversee this process. Xavier was courteous and very professional throughout. At times I must admit to being somewhat overwhelmed by the sales process. Xavier was there to provide guidance and support, clearly explaining each step, and helping smooth any ripples encountered. During a post-budget market slump, Filippo managed a very successful campaign that took us to auction with a favourable outcome.
