After selling my first property with Filippo in 2017 with great success, there was no other agent I wanted to work with to sell my second property. My first place sold at a price far higher than I ever thought possible, and my second was sold in a saturated market that was nervous about rate rises in a very quick time, faster than the suburb average. The thing that impressed me about Filippo was when I first met with him he wasn't trying to bad-mouth other agents in the area, he just spoke of his results. He is professional, highly skilled and talented at what he does. If you are selling in the Inner West you should look no further for an agent. I can not recommend him higly enough.
