Filippo was always professional when dealing with him. There were s few errors made by the Real Estate Agency that should have been picked up & rectified before we saw it, ie the land size, deposit amount that was sent to my solicitor, incorrect sales advice sent to me, photos that went on the board were not sent to us to approve, building inspection communication between estate agent and company was not communicated with me

I sold during a difficult time. Filippo had a good understanding of the market and we were able to get a price that I was ok with (I had hoped for a bit more but I chose to sell during a very unstable time, so I feel the price was right). There were restrictions on viewings etc but Filippo rounded up 6 bidders which was great. Overall we sold in the quick timeframe I'd requested and got a decent price.
