Filippo and his team were exceptional. This was an already stressful time and then the whole Corona virus thing hit. He was able to honestly guide me through the process using all of his knowledge and having to also do some day to day research to stay on top of the situation. He did a lot of work for this sale! Firstly I had tenants who gave notice during the marketing period. He had to be creative to find ways that we could effectively show the property at its best when the tenant was actually packing up. He found a great solution. Secondly corona hit in the first week of open homes so he had to continually monitor the market and provide regular updates. We worked together well and he managed to get a sale, not quite as high as we had at first anticipated but within my limits. Just holding my breath that nothing happens during the settlement period!
