My partner and I have come to know Filippo over a number of years during house inspections around Marrickville and have always regarded him as personable, experienced, informative and easy-going. When we decided to sell our house, he was our first choice of agent and we don't regret this. Filippo provides attentive, honest and patient service and went out of his way to make the sale process as easy as possible for us. In our experience Filippo always has time for his clients and will promptly return calls if not able to answer immediately. He's a good listener and willing to consider all points of view. As an added bonus for us, we sold our house at a good price before going to market to an existing client of Filippo's. Despite this transaction being complete Filippo is continuing to go out of his way to assist us to find a home to buy, at no immediate benefit to himself, because he considers us as his clients.
