We highly rate our experience buying a house through Filippo (& Catherine!) from Raine & Horne. They were both very easy to contact & deal with. Filippo was happy to talk about the general market & the property itself, as well as assist us with inspections outside of the advertised times. As a buyer, you never know for sure if an agent is giving you a spiel about the pricing to sucker you in or being honest - and it was refreshing for us to find out (after the auction) that Filippo was one of those rare examples of an agent being upfront and genuine. If someone I knew was buying and told me that Filippo was their agent, I would tell them they are in good hands and to listen to his advice.
