I think Fillippo did a terrific job on selling my Studio apartment in Marrickville. Even though the Market is Hot at the moment. It is still difficult to sell Studio Apartments. So you can't just sit on your backside and things will happen.. You have to get out and meet the challenge, which Fillippo has done. I would Recommend Fillippo and the team at Raine & Horne Marrickville to any prospective buyers of Real Estate, in this area.
