Great Agent!
From our dealings with Youseff, he seemed to be very knowledgeable about the market and was very straight about the expectations of the vendors and what we needed to do to secure the property. Unlike a lot of real estate agents we have dealt with, Youseff was not full of 'hot air' and seemed transparent and an agent of integrity. Apart from real estate dealings, Youseff has excellent communication and customer service skills. If he said he was going to call, he would call which again is another characteristic which some agents these days lack. We would definitely engage Youseff for our future real estate needs in the Inner West. Thank you :)

Filippo and his team go above and beyond to make the selling experience as seamless and easy as possible. From watering our garden in our absence to organising a handyman to assist with minor repairs, nothing was too difficult. Filippo set a realistic expectation of what we would achieve and exceeded this. I would certainly recommend Filippo and his team if you are selling in Sydney's Inner West.

We engaged Youseff Chmait to sell our home in Marrickville during Oct/Nov 2017. I first met Youseff after he called me one afternoon in response to my enquiry about another property and we got talking about life, the universe and my home.
