I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Kieren Carson with the sale of our investment property in Kurunjang. I have been very satisfied with how the property has been managed over the past 10 years or so, but the communication I have received over the last few years has been exceptional (thanks especially to John Trieu). When the decision was made to sell the property, I was very impressed with the knowledge that Kieren had of our property, particularly in assisting us to set an appropriate value and then talking us through the different options we could use with regard to selling. Kieren was very thorough with the advice he provided us and even though the property didn't sell at auction (as we had hoped ! !) the property was sold only 4 days later which was an excellent result for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kieren Carson and John Trieu (Raine and Horne Melton) to assist with looking after your investment property - either managing or selling ! !
