David was fantastic during the sale process as was the whole team at Raine & Horne Melton David kept us informed at all times, always rang after the open house or separate inspections to let us know what was going on. His communication skills & presentation was first class at all times, nothing was ever a problem. Dave's advice was to auction our property in the current market. Kieran (a director of R&H) was the auctioneer, he did an outstanding job and as a result our property sold well above reserve. David recently sold our property in Melton and the whole experience was excellent. From the start David always communicated with us and kept us informed along the whole process. On the day of the auction David was in contact with us the whole day and provided us with a link to watch the auction live which was amazing as we were interstate sellers.
