Excellent communication and result

After making the decision to sell my home, I enlisted Raine and Horne Morphett Vale as my agent. I choose exceptionally well. From my first meeting with Jennifer, I felt comfortable and reassured with her knowledge of the local area. After viewing my property, she gave me advice on styling and general selling tips. I felt very happy to contract them as my agent. Just as I was ready to go ahead, Jennifer needed to place me in the very capable hands of Alan. Alans calm presence, knowledge of the entire process and the time he spent behind the scenes was amazing. He kept the process ticking along, even with a couple of hurdles along the way. He constantly kept me informed at every turn. Selling your home is one of the most stressful things you’ll do, but I really feel relaxed the whole way through. I was just to early

After contacting half a dozen agents, most helpful, some , very helpful, but Alan stood out as exceptional he had the extra time to explain some of my enquiries in great detail to the point that I completely understood. When he asked me my hopeful sale price, I said Millions and Millions….. his response, THAT’S NOT TO EXPENCIVE, ITS JUST TO EARLY. He got the price I was after.
