Jennifer was nothing short of amazing! Right from the start she was easily contacted and easy to communicate with. She made the whole process seamless. She came armed with a list of potential buyers interested in buying in the area, one of which ended up buying our property! The property was part of a decreased estate, and I was from interstate, which made it hard for me to do a lot of the work to prepare the property for sale. Jennifer stepped in here and took over finding trades to undertake repairs at very reasonable rates and meeting them on site to provide access. She even helped with finding people to buy some of my dad's other assets, like his car! I couldn't recommend Jennifer enough to anyone looking to sell their property.
