John sold our home
John was very helpful. We received the price we asked for, and John kept us informed all the way. The first buyer wasted four weeks of our time, then John found a second buyer when the Corona Virus was effecting everyone and everything.

Total satisfaction!
With a new home under construction and a house sale needed upon its completion we interviewed a few agents well in advance. We picked Jennifer because she had recently achieved rapid local sales and we felt she would present a friendly, "non-pushy" but knowledgeable face to prospective buyers. Then came Covid 19 and we decided to bring our listing forward a couple of months not knowing what impact the virus would have on the market! As it turned out, Jennifer received three offers on the same day - after just two weeks! Within another couple of days she had negotiated a contract that precisely met our price and timeline objectives. Throughout the whole exercise, she kept us fully engaged with the process and responded to any communications without delay. So, if you intend selling your home and you feel uncertain about the market, we can think of no agent that will serve you better than Jennifer.

Amazing experience in house buying

A thoroughly professional agent.
We found Jennifer to be extremely personable, hard working and thoroughly professional in her appraoch to selling our property. We were very impressed with her positive and friendly attitude and in particularly with her knowledge of the area. She provided excellent advice on how to best present the house for sale and this resulted in us achieving a quick sale. I wish I could have given Jennifer a higher rating.
I found Jennifer to be straightforward - really easy to communicate and deal with. Any requests were addressed promptly and clearly - I wasn't left with any misunderstandings and I found her genuine in her approach. I didn't feel pressured, there was no urgency to make decisions. Overall it was a great experience. You hear so many stories about real estate pressure from sales agents - Jennifer does not fit this mould! Five - she has to have five stars!

Extremely Helpful
