I found Jennifer to be straightforward - really easy to communicate and deal with. Any requests were addressed promptly and clearly - I wasn't left with any misunderstandings and I found her genuine in her approach. I didn't feel pressured, there was no urgency to make decisions. Overall it was a great experience. You hear so many stories about real estate pressure from sales agents - Jennifer does not fit this mould! Five - she has to have five stars!

From our very first meeting with Jennifer we were filled with confidence. Our home was a Heritage home built in 1894 and we had always felt it was not everybody's cup of tea. Jennifer absolutely loved the property as much as we did when we bought it, she advised what to do and helped with finding a person to do the tidy up works. Then once ready for the market, she immediately set in motion an advertising campaign second to none, followed by an open day and many other visits to make sure we had the maximum exposure to buyers. After the first (And only) open day and within ten days of going onto the market we had five offers, all but one in excess of the high valuation and the property was sold with two weeks. On top of all this, Jennifer is a very bubbly and pleasant lady, with superb work ethics and a great sense of humour. She is the ultimate professional and if we ever need to sell another property she will be doing it.
