I approached Adam Freitas at Raine & Horne Newtown to sell my investment property and I cannot recommend this agent enough. I purchased my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Gibbons Street Redfern apartment in 2007 for just over $400k and my property sold at auction on Saturday for $1,362,000.00 (ie the record highest sale price in my building).
