Duncan is very professional and know the market really well. He is not that agent who over quote in order to win the listing and then condition the owner to lower the expectation to "meet the market". The price guide he gave us during the interview process was exactly the final sales price he achieved within 2 weeks of the marketing campaign. The supporting team is also amazing and no details was left unattended. The logistic of photography, styling furniture was extremely smooth and right on the proposed time table. I cannot recommend Duncan’s team more if you are consider selling.

A seamless, hassle-free sales process of our Newtown apartment. Duncan and his team could not have been more helpful or efficient. They organised all the work required to get the property ready for sale. Painting, carpeting, new blinds and the final furniture dressing of the entire apartment. The quotes from their trades people were very competitive and we were very satisfied with all the work undertaken.
