Michael was fully professional especially given the problems created by COVID-19. We originally intended to sell mid 2020, but realized the pandemic would caused major issues with arranging the property for sale and having people view it. He was understanding of our concerns and kept us advised as to when it would be appropriate to try again. He was timely in his responses and gave sound advice without applying undue pressure. Through his actions the house looked splendid before the sale, and although it was passed in at auction Michael worked tirelessly to find us a buyer for a good price and in a timely manner.
