I first bought my place in 2006 and always remembered Michael as being a pleasure to deal with as a buyer. When it came to selling he was the first person I thought of. Unlike other agents he never hounded with with marketing. Which is one of the primary reasons I chose him to sell my home. Michael is low key, professional, honest, up front, timely and clear.
