Michael and his team were extremely professional in every aspect of the selling campaign from the property inspection to determine the extent of upgrade work that needed to be undertaken to produce the best sales result, to organising trades people, preparing the promotional/marketing documentation, to handling open house inspections, negotiating offers and finally completing a sale in excess of all expectations. what made the final result more meritorious was the fact that the campaign was conducted during the extremely difficult time of the covid-19 pandemic. There are several excellent agents in the Inner West, but I went with Michael Harris and his team for the dedication, commitment, and experience – and the charm of his personal touch. We went into this sale before the outbreak of COVID-19 had become serious, and yet, even though the auction date came at the end of the worst week on the market for 12 years, Michael delivered a price even better than his original highest projection. Amazing! Michael was serious in his efforts to get the most out of all contract-takers, and kept me regularly informed about all fluctuations in their interest and ability to bid. His team arranged for some first-rate painting, cleaning, and tiling to get the property ready for market, and this made a big difference to the price. Throughout the whole process, I was fully apprised of the shifting circumstances, and always felt in safe hands. Always nerve-racking at the end, but I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. Outstanding.
